Rates

Hana Cabana is $175 per night for one to two persons (plus 11.5% tax).

Tradewinds Cottage is $175 per night for one to two persons (plus 11.5% tax).
Each additional person is $15 per night.

Hale Mele Mo'o is $395 for 1-4 guests, or $495 for 5-8 guests; weekly rate is $2665 for 1-4 guests, $3265 for 5-8 guests (plus 11.5% tax).

Reservation Policy

Minimum stay: For Hana Cabana and Tradewinds Cottage, we have a two night minimum stay for all reservations made more than a week in advance, except when there is an open night "sandwiched" between two existing reservations. We are happy to accept one night stays 7 days in advance.

For Hale Mele Mo'o, there is a three night minimum at all times.

Deposits: A 25% deposit is required to reserve the cottage and the balance is due on arrival.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, however Travelers Checks or cash are preferred for payment of the balance at check-in.

Check-in: Check-in time is between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. at the main house. For a later check-in time please call to make special arrangements. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

Hana Cabana & Tradewinds Cottage
We will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee if you notify us 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will be refunded only for the nights we are able to re-book the accommodations minus a 10% service fee.

Mele Mo'o Hale
If you need to cancel, we will refund the amount that you paid less a 15% service fee if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel in less than 30 days, we will refund the amount paid less a 25% service fee. If you check out prior to your registered check out date, we will refund your balance only if we can re-book the house.

Special Amenities

Guests are welcome to stroll through the flower gardens and pick tropical fruit in season. A fruit picker is available at the main house.

Tropical flower gift boxes are available to purchase for shipment to the mainland. Boxes are sent Fedex and arrive anywhere in the U.S. in one to two days. It makes a perfect gift to send to loved ones as a "thank you" or to share a part of Hawaii with those back home.

Laundry facilites are available free of charge for guests staying 3 or more nights.
